What do I wear to practice yoga?
No special clothing is required. You may wear clothes that you typically would wear for physical activities. A pair of shorts, sweatpants or leggings combined with a t-shirt or tank top usually is comfortable. For most classes that involve standing work, we typically work with bare feet. The exception is restorative yoga which involves no standing poses.
Why do you have expiration dates on your passes?
We have bills to pay, like everyone else, and we rely on the regular income of people buying and using their passes to pay our bills. We allow six months for you to use your pass which is actually generous compared to most yoga studios around the country. Plus, you get the most benefits from yoga when you practice regularly (once a week to daily)!
Can I get an extension on my pass?
We do understand that life can be unpredictable, thus, we offer extensions for the following reasons:
If your request falls outside of these three reasons, please consider making every effort to use your pass before the expiration date. Know that your dollars go to a good cause - supporting yoga in our small community. More than anything, we just want to see you regularly at the studio. If there is anything that we can do to help support your presence in our classes, let us know!
